SHIPPING POLICY

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. We partner only with reputed national courier companies to ship your orders. Our packaging does not have any marketing, marking, or product description to ensure you can have your order delivered anywhere without disclosing the contents of the package.

  • We ship your order within 24-48 hours.
    You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 7-12 working days in metro cities and 12-15 days for other locations as per your pin code.
  • You can track your order online once it is dispatched. While we shall endeavor to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability.  We will intimate you in such cases by sending an email to your registered email account.

If you feel the packaging is tampered with or damaged, you can refuse to accept the delivery. or contact us with your order number which will be provided by email when you purchased with us. We will ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  1. If the shipment arrived at your destination and there is no response from you, then your shipment will be returned back to the original destination. In this case, we will only refund you the product cost (and customs charges if applicable). Shipping charges will be non-refundable.
  2. After receiving the shipment, if you find any product is missing then you will have 24 hours to inform us. In case, if you didn’t receive your order within 30 days from the purchase date, please contact us immediately. We might not accept the concern if received beyond this time frame.
  3. In the unlikely event, that there are chances that the shipment can be returned back to the origin due to incomplete documents from the consignee, then we may refund you the product cost only.
CANCELLATION GUIDELINES:

Canceling your order for any personal reason, in that case:

If the shipment has been created/processed: Shipping fees will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be refunded.

If the shipment has not been created/ processed by the seller: A full refund will be processed.

Note: If the shipment left for your destination, we cannot cancel your order.

In rare cases, the delivery may take longer due to:

  • Bad weather
  • Flight delays
  • National holidays or Festivals
  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Other unforeseen circumstances
